Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Acegolfs, we are committed to your performance on the course; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned gear must be in its original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all club headcovers, accessories, and tags are included.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the equipment, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
